Tower Updates
DeSoto Life currently has 7 towers in the County with antennas to provide High Speed Wireless Internet Service to surrounding customers. If you are within a 5 mile radius of these towers, and have no large trees or buildings that would cause an interference with the signal, you should be able to connect. Contact our office to schedule a technician to come to your home and check for the signal...Free of charge!
All networks are currently up and running. If you experience any connection issues, disconnect the power from the router then restart your computer. Once your computer is back up and running, it will take a few minutes for it to connect with the signal. If you continue to have issues, please contact our office at 863-491-7574.
